wine and spirit merchants in Whitehaven Cumbria?

I have a bottle of great pot that is stamped "TC Dixon & Co Wines and Spirits Merchants Whitehaven and the number '2067 'Can we shed light on its history? All I know is the TC was for Thomas Cannell and Trade was the 1901 Roper Street
