I have a bottle of wine, the label is upside down, how do I know if it is worth the money?
this is Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon wine cellars … i cannot find something like that on eBay or Google Help please Thanks!
It is not. Wine collectors (like me) are looking for quality wine in the bottle, not for the label. Jordan wines are not as valuable for collection (in Sonoma cabernets generally are not on the "in" list). If anything, having a label would be to reduce the value a good bottle of wine, because we would enophiles whether the wine in the bottle is in fact the wine on the label, or for an old bottle whether certain types of damage caused to fall off the label and worthless. Bottle price normally winezap.com use (or see what others have for her on the wine-searcher.com or winecommune.com). Just drink the wine and enjoy it, I have a friend who was a wine educator for Jordan since many years and I think they have some good juice.
